Governance

Food Angel believes that good organisational governance enhances effectiveness and stability, and ensures that our work is geared towards the vision of ‘Let lives be enriched through giving and receiving.’ Food Angel is governed by a Board of Directors, comprising nine members from different sectors, who are responsible for the organisation's direction, legal affairs, administration, risk management and fundraising strategy. In order to achieve effective corporate governance, the Board has set up three dedicated committees responsible for finance, human resources, promotion and fundraising. The Board and its committees meet regularly and all members participate in the affairs of Food Angel in a voluntary capacity.
