Green Education Officer
To support the development of our organization, we are inviting application for the following position in our Green Education department.

The Job:
• Assist in planning & executing Green Education and School Fundraising Programs
• Design, review and update teaching and promotional materials
• Prepare, coordinate and conduct activities including talks, workshops, field trips and carnivals etc.
• Identify new education event initiatives and provide recommendations
• Develop and maintain updated partner / sponsor information record
• Complete various reporting on a timely basis
• Support other functions in Green Education department

The Person:
• Degree holder in education or related discipline
• 2-3 years of related working experience
• A high level of motivation and commitment; and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and presentation skills
• Experience as a designer of learning program preferred
• Knowledge in Environment or Food Science a plus
• Well versed in computer applications and new media
• Knowledge in graphic design a definite advantage

HR Manager
To support the development of our organization, we are inviting application for the following position in our HR department.

The Job:
• Design and implement C&B program
• Establish and manage performance management program in line with organization strategies
• Develop and implement annual salary review policies to ensure market competitiveness
• Co-work with line managers to prepare Job description to meet with manpower needs
• Develop and implement recruitment & selection process
• Develop and implement plan to improve employee engagement
• Provide advice and solution on staff issues
• Prepare, compile and control annual HR budget
• Develop and implement HR related policies, processes and systems in compliance with local statutory requirements

The Person:
• Degree holder preferably with Human resources specialization
• A minimum of 6 years’ HR generalist experience of which 2 years in management position
• A high level of motivation and commitment; and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, leadership and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and best HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
